nice idea but lacking and loud pitch with brushes on
This vacuum has nice features I like the idea of it a lot and I'm trying to decide about returning it or keeping it. (I got mine at the wally big box store).
First: you can not set it to carpet height, this can be very bad for loop type carpet fibers or high pile carpet it can rip it up. Ive never had a vacuum that doesn't adjust at all.

Next: Its tippy as heck, worst one Ive ever seen, it almost took out my flat screen first time it tipped and I was not using attachments at the time either just opening a clip.

And: It loses suction majorly when using attachments, enough to make them kinda useless.

Last: it has a nasty pitch when you run the carpet brushes, which can be heard thru' walls (apt or sleeper). Without brushes on carpet it amounts to a dust buster but does work.

That said, the small profile is nice for small spaces (tho' I would not want to use it in large spaces lots of vacuuming).

I really liked the shark vacuum when I first got it...it's nice and light. But I haven't owned this machine that long and both the bottom hose going to the floor nozzle and the above floor cleaning hose have cracks making the vacuum useless. I was looking for replacements parts but I haven't come across any hoses...have to wonder where they were made.

Best Vacuum I have ever owned!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this vacuum. It is the lightest vac I've ever had that truly works. When I first used it, it sucked up so much cat hair (two cats) and kitty litter dust that I could have made a cat out of it. I had to empty the bag twice after just one go around throughout the house (one story 2 bedroom 2 bath). Every time I've used it, it keeps sucking up more and more. It is great to know that it has eliminated so much of that out of the carpet and we are not breathing all that kitty litter dust. I am a petite woman (5', 100 lbs), so having a lightweight vacuum is fantastic. I love being able to lift off the hose/bag and vac in places the vac itself can't fit into; however, it is a small enough width that I can go into places I never could before with my Hoover, which is almost twice as wide. The container is easy to clean. I love that the cord is so long that I can plug it into one receptacle in the middle of the house and never have to move the plug to another outlet It...
