Does not appear to be a HEPA filter!
The filter arrived promptly, but looks exactly like a standard filter that I had ordered a few weeks ago. This one is made in China, so it's a high probability that it is not what it purports to be.... I have purchased HEPA's before and they are much more dense and substantial.... If the seller can convince me otherwise, I will up my rating.....

Product was shipped and received within 3 days, very satisfied with shipping. The size clip right on my ShopVac, function just like its description. Used the vacum a couple weeks and works fine. Have not try to wash and reuse it but will update later when I do.
