Genuine Hoover Bags
These are exactly what you'd expect. Genuine Hoover Bags. There are several knock-offs out there that are cheaper but are also cheaper quality. Don't get these confused with the cloth bags. These are the standard paper fiber bags. They work well but aren't 100% dust free. Unless you're vaccuming up flour all day long, they work fine. I bought my WindTunnel 2 on a back water site for only $99 dollars. When I found out how expensive a single bag could run I was disappointed to say the least. I was relieved that I could save so much by buying in bulk. And it's not like I'm gonna stop vacuuming or anything. Now I have plenty of empties on hand. By purchasing these bags in bulk, I saved over $60 off retail. And they're brand name bags. Definitely worth the money.
These are NOT the bags advertised...
I ordered these expecting to receive genuine Hoover W2 bags. I received "Enviracare" W2 bags, NOT genuine Hoover replacement bags and are definitely of lower quality. These bags have a paper-like feel to them, not thick and cloth like the Hoover bags. Also, nowhere on these bags does it indicate that they are HEPA compliant - something that is important to me as a sever allergy sufferer. I made this purchase expecting to receive genuine Hoover replacement bags and am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and the integrity of the seller. This item needs to be updated with an accurate picture and description.
Work OK but not genuine Hoover Bags
The bags are NOT genuine Hoover bags. Unlike the photos and the description, the bags are "Envirocare" bags, an apparent off brand of the Hoover bags. The bags do work fine and are a typical paper-like material like other basic vacuum bags. These are not the HEPA filter bags as mentioned in another review, but they are not advertised to be HEPA filter bags. So, unlike that review I was not disappointed in that regard. While the bags work fine as a basic vacuum filter bag, it is disappointing that the company has a misleading ad. They should show some integrity and advertise accurately. For this reason I would not deal with this company in the future, if possible, based on principle alone.
