I Could not find one detail
The house quality is good but I could not find anywhere in the descriptions if the plug at the handle was flush or recessed. The photo looked to be recessed which is what we needed so I went for it. Well it was not what we needed as it was a flush mount so no I either send it back or modify my tubes on the vacuum head. :(
Some of the other Cen-Tec hoses specified the type.
