Very nice vacuum, but no retractable cord
This is a great vacuum. I love how well it works. I had a cheap little $30 vacuum and it was always getting clogged. This thing just goes and goes. My only disappointment is that it does not have a retractable cord as it says in the decription above. Had I known that I would not have bought the orange one, I would have bought the blue one instead.

I only had the vacuum for 3 months and it turns off I need help to get a new one or return it get refund
